Hand Moore:

Hank has over forty years experience in the field of sales and marketing, and is a graduate of University of Redlands in California. I am a Brokers and have received certification as Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, GRI. I have a son who lives in Seal Rock, and a daughter who lives in Santa Barbara, California, with her husband and daughter.

Chris Moore:

I have been living here in beautiful Seal Rock for the last ten years and in that time I have serviced clients located all over the coast with their computer needs. I have worn many hats in my professional life including working as the Technical Analyst for a billion dollar corporation, to personal chef for the Judd’s. I am very active in the theater arts community and a member of several theatre companies. I have played roles ranging from the dark Emcee of Cabaret to the lovable “Brother Boy,” in Sordid Lives. I sit on the board of directors for the Central Coast Chorale.

Real Estate is a perfect evolution of career for me. I love working with people and have found I am a very good listener. I pride myself on having a strong work ethic and will make sure that your transaction is handled professionally and with the utmost care. I have joined my father Hank who has been working in real estate since 1995.
